Lipo Escultura, Weight Loss Supplement,Recalled due to containing harmful ingreadients

Lipo Escultura Corp. of Brooklyn, NY dba JAT Productos Naturales Corp., and JAT Natural Products Corp. are voluntarily recalling all Lipo Escultura within expiry to the consumer level. The Lipo Escultura capsules were tested by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and have been found to contain two potentially harmful ingredients--sibutramine and diclofenac.
Risk Statement: Sibutramine is an appetite suppressant now a controlled substance that was removed from the market for safety reasons. Sibutramine is known to substantially increase blood pressure and/or pulse rate in some patients and may present a significant risk for patients with a history of coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, or stroke. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (commonly referred to as NSAIDs). NSAIDS may cause increased risk of cardiovascular events, such as heart attack and stroked, as well as serious gastrointestinal damage, including bleeding, ulceration, and fatal perforation of the stomach and intestines.
The product is used as a weight loss dietary supplement and is packaged in a white plastic bottle with green and lime labeling with white capsules. Products were sold/distributed Nationwide by JAT Productos Naturales Corp. via internet sales on www.lipoesculturatreatment.com, through Lipo Escultura Corp. 888 Wyckoff Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11237, a retail store and 1360 Hancock Street, Brooklyn, NY 11237, a home office.
The recall was initiated after a consumer illness was reported to the FDA and it was discovered that the product labeling does not reveal the presence of sibutramine or diclofenac.

G&C Natural Nutrition, Inc recalling Pyrola,  Advanced Joint Formula
G&C Natural Nutrition, Inc. is voluntarily recalling all lots of Pyrola, 430 mg/capsule. Advanced Joint Formula capsules may contain undeclared diclofenac and chlorpheniramine.
Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (commonly referred to as NSAIDs). NSAIDs may cause increased risk of cardiovascular events, such as heart attack and stroke, as well as serious gastrointestinal damage, including bleeding, ulceration, and fatal perforation of the stomach and intestines. Chlorpheniramine is an over-the-counter (OTC) antihistamine used for allergies. Antihistamines may cause drowsiness and affect mental alertness.
Pyrola Advanced Joint Formula capsules bottle imageThe product is packaged in a white bottle in capsule form, with all lots being recalled. The product was sold to distributors and consumers nationwide through phone orders and online from April, 2013 through June, 2015.
To date the company has received no reports of illnesses or adverse events associated with the consumption of the recalled product. G&C Natural Nutrition, Inc. will be contacting all distributors regarding this matter by phone calls and/or mail, and encourage them to stop distribution and return the product to the company for refund. Consumers who may have purchased this product directly from G&C Natural Nutrition, Inc. should dispose it or return it to our office location by mail.

Arthritic Supplement is Recalled Because it Contains Ingredients that may Cause Death

Nano Well-being Health Inc. is voluntarily recalling lot L1P1-6100/Expiration date June 25, 2016 and lot L1P2-6000/Expiration date September 16, 2016 of Super Arthgold, 500 mg capsules to the consumer level. FDA laboratory analysis has found the product to contain chlorzoxazone, diclofenac and indomethacin, making it an unapproved new drug.
The product is used as a dietary supplement for joint pain and arthritis and is packaged in bottles of 120 capsules. The product was distributed nationwide to wholesalers.
Nano Well-being Health Inc. - Super Arthgold (label 1)Use of this product containing the undeclared drug ingredients listed above, has a reasonable probability of resulting in fatal adverse events in consumers and patients with underlying illnesses, including known allergy to the hidden ingredients, cardiac, gastrointestinal, hepatic, and renal conditions as well as patients who recently undergone cardiac bypass graft surgery. Consumers would be unaware that the product contains Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) (and other ingredients), may inadvertently overdose by taking another NSAID concurrently, thus increasing the risk for NSAID associated adverse events, which include but are not limited to, myocardial infarction, stroke, congestive heart failure, renal toxicity, and bleeding, ulceration, or perforation of the stomach or intestines.
Nano Well-being Health Inc. is notifying its distributors and customers by letter and phone call and is arranging for replacement of all recalled products. Consumers/distributors/retailers that have product which is being recalled should stop using and return to place of purchase.
