Great Britain: More Smoked Salmon Recalled Due to Listeria

As a precautionary measure, Loch Duart Artisan Smokehouse has recalled a further batch code of the above product due to detection of Listeria monocytogenes, which may pose a risk to health. Listeria monocytogenes can cause illness in certain groups of people, such as pregnant women, unborn and newborn babies, and anyone with reduced immunity, particularly the over-60s.

  • Batch Code 06082
  • Pack sizes: 125g, whole sides (sliced and unsliced 800-1200 g)
  • Date codes: various 'use by' dates between 03/09/2013 to 21/09/2013
Loch Duart Artisan Smokehouse has recalled the above product. Product recall notices have been supplied to retailers to be displayed in store, advising consumers of the recall and what they can do if they have purchased the affected product.
No other Loch Duart Artisan Smokehouse products are known to be affected.
